Chef Hamad Alhajri

Chef Hamad Al-Hajri is an experienced Qatari chef with over 20 years of expertise in Qatari, Arab, and international cuisine, known for his passion, skill, and attention to details. Chef Hamad has mastered traditional Qatari dishes and explored diverse flavors and techniques. He has delighted taste buds, represented Qatari cuisine on various platforms, and established himself as a respected figure in the culinary world. Additionally, he specializes in restaurant establishment and consultancy within the food and beverage (F&B) sector. Participated in many exhibitions and conferences on live cooking and many events related to cooking. Cooperated with many five-star hotels in preparing hospitality and food for events and large events. He collaborated in many masterclasses with the most famous international chefs.

Chef Elias Gemayel

Chef Elias Gemayel enjoys 20 years of international culinary experience. Gemayel oversees the culinary aspects of Gordon Ramsay restaurants including Opal and Gordon Ramsay Mediterranean a well as Raw Bar. He served in numerous reputable restaurants, including Maze Gordon Ramsay, Relais & Chateaux, Hotel Sofitel Le Gabriel and La Maison Du Saumon Salmontini in Dubai , and worked with renowned chefs such as Chef Pierre Orsi, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F) and the legendary Chef Gordon Ramsay. Gemayel is a graduate of Ecole Gastronomicom in Agde France, the hotel management collage in Dekwane, Lebanon. During his spare time, Chef Gemayel previously conducted live culinary shows on beIN Gourmet and “JEEM TV” “beIN GOURMET “sharing his culinary knowledge with families and school students.

Chef Matteo Arcidiacono

Class of '82, the beginning of his culinary adventure was at the Bistrot di Sarzana, and then perfecting himself as a pastry chef in Forte dei Marmi. After an experience in London at the 'Sapori' restaurant, he became the kitchen manager of the prestigious Beach Club in Forte dei Marmi. Now at the highest culinary level, he is the executive chef of the renowned “Cicchetti” restaurant in Qatar, of the San Carlo group.

Chef Edgar Hurtado

Creative chef with 20+ years of international experience in European, Latin American, and Asian cuisines. Chef Edgar worked at many fine dining restaurants around the world. In 2019 culinary journey of Chef Edgar has extended and moved to Qatar. Edgar Hurtado has been appointed as Executive Chef of “Toro Toro”. He was the man behind the culinary creations of award-winning restaurant reflected by his love and passion trough a vibrant fusion of South American cuisine and worked by the side of celebrity Chef Richard Sandoval.

Thereafter, Edgar Hurtado became Executive Chef at Aleph Doha Residences Curio Collection by Hilton. Edgar was responsible for creation and success of the new Latin American concept “IKA” at Hilton Hotels that got an award in 2022. At the end of 2022 Edgar Hurtado became the Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel’s new “Curiosa” restaurant under Michelin-Starred Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Edgar brings the best of his culinary style and originality to the restaurant’s cuisine, creating the perfect blend of cultures, textures, colors, and flavors.

Chef Angelos Kallinteris

Born in the picturesque landscapes of northern Greece, Angelos Kallinteris cultivated his culinary passion from an early age, deeply influenced by the region's rich culinary heritage. Angelos embarked on his Professional Culinary Career in the most prestigious hotels in Athens, “Hilton Athens”& “The Pentelikon” Hotel that was awarded with 1 star Michelin for their fine dining restaurant winning the Gold Medal in the Greek chef’s culinary competition and placed the Athens Hilton Roof Garden restaurant is in the top 10 restaurants in the city.

In his pursuit of culinary excellence, Angelos embarked on a global journey, working in renowned establishments across the world, from London's Gordon Ramsay's Maze with one Michelin star to Regent Seven Seas Cruises which is a 6-star Luxury Cruise line based in Miami, USA. His Journey with Marriott started in 2015 in Sheraton Grand Doha followed by leading the Culinary team of two Marriot properties in Greece, The Romanos a luxury collection, and The Westin Costa Navarino, awarded by Condé Nast Traveller as one of the best Complex Resort properties in Europe. Angelos return to the Middle East in 2019 was for the opening of JW Marriott Muscat where he was selected under the ’50 Most Influential Chefs in Middle East” By Hotelier Middle East Awards. His commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences and managing large-scale catering projects, including the FIFA World Cup 2022 Fan Fest Festival. As the Executive Chef at the Marriott Marquis City Center Doha Hotel, Angelos continues to showcase his culinary prowess receiving the award for Best Steakhouse in Doha for New York Steakhouse, Best Pub for Champions Sports bar, and favorite Casual Dining for Crossroads.

Mayssam Abdul khalek is a Lebanese Chef, he’ is the Executive Wellness Chef of zulal wellness resort by chiva Som, With a notable background in hospitality and the luxury landscape, he has refined his culinary expertise at a host esteemed international properties including the Sheraton Grand Doha, Kempinski Beirut, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. A connoisseur of Mediterranean cuisine.

Chef Yoichiro began his culinary journey at Esplan in Yokohama, where he developed a strong foundation in baking, focusing on creating visually stunning and delicious pastries that captivated guests. He then moved on to work at the prestigious Joel Robuchon in Tokyo, where he honed his craft under the guidance of some of the world’s most talented chefs. This experience deepened his appreciation for precision and the art of French baking, laying the groundwork for his future endeavors.

Continuing to refine his skills, Chef Yoichiro joined SHIBUichi Bakery in Tokyo, where he embraced the delicate balance between texture and flavor that defines Japanese baking. His passion for innovation led him to Ishiya Restaurant in Dubai, where he impressed guests with his unique fusion of Japanese and Western influences, creating a menu that celebrated his diverse background and creative spirit.
